Unfortunately, but hopefully he learns from it and comes out strong next week.Total melt down.
The Kuchar decision to finish by himself tomorrow is bizarre. He must be upset about something since how he finishes 18 is
Holy Hangover, Batman! +5 on the day. He needs to do better or he will drop out of the top-50, which would be very bad for him.If you were wondering how Max would respond after last week’s disappointing events…he double bogeyed hole #1. He did par #2 at least.
Well, he is DFL after round 1. Basically, very little chance to be in top 50.Holy Hangover, Batman! +5 on the day. He needs to do better or he will drop out of the top-50, which would be very bad for him.
You don't understand. He can easily be in the top 50 with a little bit better play. He has a 72 point lead on #51, and even with his current DFL he is only dropping to #54. Top 50 not only gets him to next week, it gets him into all the signature events next year.Well, he is DFL after round 1. Basically, very little chance to be in top 50.
Actually I understand quite well. He doesn’t have a lead over #51 anymore, he is currently 54th. Over the next 3 rounds he will have to jump 3 players and not lose ground to anyone behind him. And he’s playing against the best players in the world, not secondary event qualifiers. You don't understand. He can easily be in the top 50 with a little bit better play. I expect him to improve enough over the next 3 days to hang onto a top 50 slot, but this was a terrible start.
