Duke Alums on the 2024 PGA and LPGA Tours

No PGA golf today. Debby is still a tropical storm and just crossed the NC/SC border. We'll see what shape the course is in for tomorrow.
 
No longer raining in Greensboro and play to start at 9:50. Alex will not finish today as he tees off very late, but Max and Kevin will get the full round in.
 
Friday was a dry day in Greensboro. Until last night. We had 3+” of rain in our gauge this morning. Downtown areas had more. Sedgefield is south of town and I don’t know how much they had.
I got this in an email about 6:30 am:

2024 WYNDHAM CHAMPIONSHIP SATURDAY UPDATE
The first round of the Wyndham Championship is scheduled to resume at 8 a.m. ET.

Updated second-round tee times: 8:40-10:52 a.m. ET 2:00-4:12 p.m. ET

Public shuttles will begin running at 7:30 a.m. ET.
 
Unbelievable. Alex goes +1 on his HOME COURSE and will almost surely miss the cut. Does anyone see him going -5 today?
 
Kevin and Alex will be headed home tonight.

Max incredibly hot today (7 under so far through 13 holes) and currently tied for 6th. He appears safe to make the playoffs.
 
Greyserman with eagle putt to on 15 go -10 for the round. He knocked in a 50 footer for birdie a couple of holes back. Announcers are talking 59 and gave Duke a shout out

He just needs to birdie 18 for that 59 after a nice long birdie putt on 17- and he’s tied for the lead at -11!
