Wow! Now I will have to reconsider. I'm assuming I'll have until their next game to let you know? To be honest I've been making these statements without even knowing their schedule. Let me take a look and I'll get back to you before the Chiefs' next game.

As an Eagles fan I hope Jerry is the Cowboys GM for many years. As a football fan I hope the NFL tells Jerry to close the curtains which are there and not affect the game. It is just arrogance.
 
Steven, did you look at the Chiefs' schedule before you offered the bet?

I see that they go to Buffalo this coming week! That's literally the only game left on their schedule that I think they could lose. In fact I'd have to give the edge to the Bills. But if the Chiefs can get past that game, I do think the remainder of their schedule would be as close to a cakewalk as one can have. So no bet from me at this point.

If they win this weekend and you still want to make the offer, I'll seriously consider it. But I'd be a sucker to bet before this upcoming game in Buffalo. :)

No, I have not looked at the remainder of the Chiefs schedule. And Buffalo is good, but not great, imo. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if the Chiefs were to win that game.

And even if the Chiefs do win the Buffalo game and have a cream puff schedule after that, I very well might still go ahead with the bet.

Luckily, none of us has to do any assessments of the Cowboys, since Dak was caught on camera giving his assessment last week.

For those who missed it, his assessment was three simple words. The first word was 'we.' The second word was an offensive word that I don't use and wouldn't get past the wankerizer; it starts with f and ends with -ing. The third word was what a Dyson vacuum was designed to do. And I don't mean clean, but rather the process the vacuum uses to clean the carpet.
