Kon played 39 minutes! Sion 35.
I went with Sion but this was a full team effort - the Foster defensive tap was the winning play - after that, I knew we’d pull it out.Normally Tyrese defends Davis well but he was just giving him too much space.
Caleb and Maliq put an end to that.
Yes, no more Man-Man handoffs. The offense really picked up. However, Man-Man did not have a bad game. He defended around the basket well and rebounded well. I thought everyone played well.the game totally changed on Maliq's entry to the game in the 2nd half. The defense got way better and then he hooped it up for 8 with 2 3s! Amazing
He did have some pretty good hooks back in the day.Has to be Akon for me. All around most mins and best numbers
I voted for Foster but it’s a bit absurd that Proctor hasn’t picked up votes. He and Kon carried Duke in Flagg’s absence, got us going out of halftime, clutch player in crunch times. 6-10 and 2-4 from three. Give it up for Tyrese folks.Maliq Foster.
I will ALWAYS give likes for a Howard Hawks reference!Everyone will vote for Brown, but I went with James. I just love him. He's like Howard Hawks' definition of a great movie. Three great plays, and no bad ones.
To me, Brown or Foster are the emotional choices. They were key to the comeback and ultimate lead. But James played well the entire game. Sure, he scored. But 35 minutes, 8 boards, 3 steals, 16 points on 6-8. The only other real choice to me would be Knueppel, but I'm going with James.

I personally didn't think Brown played all that well in the 1st half, while James played well the entire game. Not that I don't appreciate what Brown did do, especially in the 2nd. I think his two big 3's is what might be swaying people.Brown isn’t JUST the emotional choice. He also had the best BPM on the team tonight. He was a beast. And unlike usual, he was effective on both ends of the court this time.
I definitely have no issue with a vote for James, who was also excellent. But I would classify a Brown vote as purely an emotional vote. The stats also support a vote for him too.
