I assume you're talking about Ngongba?Very sad this group could not agree on a unanimous poll.
Some nit pick and quibble;
But you will miss this kid when he's gone;
Enjoy him while you can.

Maybe I'm jaded, but a dissenting vote on a fan website doesn't reach "very sad" for me.Very sad this group could not agree on a unanimous poll.

Of course you are correct that this situation is not “very sad”Maybe I'm jaded, but a dissenting vote on a fan website doesn't reach "very sad" for me.
It's a goof at best - Flagg was objectively the best player with one of the most impressive performances in recent memory. But I will not lose any sleep over it.
Obviously you are not a SERIOUS poster.Maybe I'm jaded, but a dissenting vote on a fan website doesn't reach "very sad" for me.

Oh no one can realistically make a case for someone over Flagg. So yeah, it's some degree of needling.Of course you are correct that this situation is not “very sad”
However I do find trolling to be a sad part of social media interaction and voting for Pat in this scenario is nothing more than trolling…
Jeter belongs in the HoF obviously, but he's also the most overrated baseball player in history.Meh.
Derek Jeter only got 396 of 397 votes for the baseball HOF. Three electors didn’t vote for Ken Griffey Jr.; four did not vote for Ty Cobb; and five did not vote for Tom Seaver. Six did not vote for Nolan Ryan, and eight did not vote for Cal Ripken, Jr.
It’s the way of the world. Although I would like to hear the good-faith basis for the vote.
And thus began the end of the DBR boards...Jeter belongs in the HoF obviously, but he's also the most overrated baseball player in history.
Well, in Ty Cobb's case, I think we know what the problem was:Meh.

More than Pete Rose?Jeter belongs in the HoF obviously, but he's also the most overrated baseball player in history.
