MBB/WBB: Former Duke Players Now at Other Schools

Watching Sean Stewart as OSU plays Youngstown St. At the half, Stewart is 3-3 on layups with 3 rebs and a block with only 1 foul. He’s playing fine but nothing jumped out. Game would be much closer than 15 if Youngstown could make more than 1-12 on its wide open 3s…

EDIT: Stewart gets back-to-back fouls in the first 38 seconds of the half and has to sit

Can we pretty please not rehash the 100 page discussion from early summer again about transfers? Honestly this back and forth about things that people don't know much about the inner details is why I sometimes just stop reading the forum.

And Jaden finished with 17, as VT narrowly squeaks out a win over Winthrop, 58-52. Hey, it's better than a loss...
Sean Stewart ended the game with a nice statline, 10-7-1 and a block, in a blowout over the Youngstown State...Penguins? Since when has a penguin ever been to wherever Youngstown State is?
TJ Power with a forgettable performance with 3 pts(1-6 3FG), but 6 rebounds.
Henry Coleman with a nice game in TAMU win (13-7-1-1).
Mark Mitchell with a nice stat stuffer game in a narrow win over E. Washington (13-3-1-2-1).

Looks like Jaden found a great fit for him, and he's finally getting to show what he can do. Really happy for him, as long as he's not going off against Duke.

TJ Power is having a rough go of it though. I wonder if he still would have transferred to Virginia if he knew Tony Bennett was going to call it quits a week before the season.

Yes, but how many penguins?

I looked for a zoo in the Youngstown area, and I found Noah's Lost Ark Animal Park, which lists no penguins. They are closed for the winter season, though, so maybe that's when the penguins take over.

Christian Reeves played 5 minutes and scored a bucket on his only shot for Clemson in the win.
Jaylen Blakes continues to revitalize his career at Stanford with 13-3-4-2. He still can't shoot from 3, but is shooting 60% FG overall in 3 games, to average 14.3 ppg. He had a nice highlight dunk after a steal...

I remember running down the court and my hair flying in the wind. It happened during the Reagan administration.

Minor quibble: there's no wind on an indoor basketball court.

hard to take much from a game won by 50. For example, in Duke's win over Wofford, neither Kon nor Cooper scored more than 8.
I would expect more than 1 shot though. 9 rebounds in 11 minutes is very impressive on that front...

Sure but he has 13 points in 4 games now and scored a total of 3 points in both games where they played ranked teams. Not a good start.
