MBB/WBB: Former Duke Players Now at Other Schools

Sure but he has 13 points in 4 games now and scored a total of 3 points in both games where they played ranked teams. Not a good start.
agreed. Sean probably made the right decision since he'd probably be behind both Khaman and Maliq.
Honestly, i liked what i saw from Big Pat in his very brief appearance so far than what i saw from Sean last year, ie., he was a beast on the Oboards, and passed the ball quickly and effectively.
Good luck to Sean out there at tOSU.

hard to take much from a game won by 50. For example, in Duke's win over Wofford, neither Kon nor Cooper scored more than 8.
I would expect more than 1 shot though. 9 rebounds in 11 minutes is very impressive on that front...
But 2 fouls in 11 minutes is not. Sean is still fouling at a high rate.

Nice to see Jeremy Roach continuing to do Jeremy Roach things.

TJ Power not having a great game yet, but even without Tony Bennett Virginia is still doing Virginia things, down 22-21 to #11 Tennessee at halftime.

Watching the end of regulation and the OT's in the Baylor-St J game, Roach showed a lot of what he was at Duke. The huge game winner and also a big three with a couple minutes left in regulation. But at the end of the first OT he also overdribbled, never looked for a teammate and threw up an airball. At the end of regulation he missed the front and of a one and one that could have clinched the game, allowing St. J to tie it up. 4 assists to 3 TO on the night.

He splits time at PG with Nunn and Wright, so I'm not sure he got the primary PG role he was looking for. But he also showed the "playoff Roach" that we all know and love by hitting that game winner. I'm happy for him that he's found a new home.

I think Wright (ex-teammate of Flagg) will eventually win the PG position for Baylor. He is a good player, fast and looks for other guys.

Roach just hit a wild buzzer beater 3 in double OT to beat St. John’s. Down 2.

After St. John’s missed two straight fts. Crazy game
I'm no Baylor fan, but I am rooting for Roach. Very happy for him. I love the shot showing zeros on the clock while the ball is in the air.

It reminds me of this:

Yup, always great when you were losing the game when the clock went to zero, but you win the game afterwards. Good times...

Sean only played 13 minutes. Left the game with what looked like a bad head injury.

Once Sean Stewart recovers, Ohio State is going to need him, because their starting center (and Kentucky transfer) Aaron Bradshaw is probably in some kind of trouble:

Aaron Bradshaw, Ohio State's sophomore center, is "not currently participating in team activities," according to a university statement...

"The university is following its established process," the release says. "Due to federal privacy laws, we cannot share further information at this time."

A public records search by Eleven Warriors found a Franklin County Municipal Court Case with a traffic citation for Bradshaw from July in which he was cited for going 102 miles per hour in a 65-mile-per-hour zone and for failing to wear a seatbelt. He failed to appear in court for the unpaid citation. It is unclear whether Bradshaw’s absence from team activities is related to that matter.

Jaylen Blakes missed the front end of 2 one and ones in the last 2 minutes, but atoned by making a game winning 15 foot jumper as Stanford won on the road at Santa Clara (coached by Herb Sendek) 71-69. Stanford improves to 6-0. Blakes ended up with 8 points, 10 assists, and 3 steals.

Jaylen Blakes with 8 points, 10 assists, and 2 rebounds for Stanford. He hit the game winner on a jumper in the lane as time expired.

His assist rate is fantastic. Who saw that coming? He's still not much of a shooter and he turns the ball over more than you would like, but he's quietly having a very good start to the season.

Edit: Luke beat me to it.
