I don't really see the point of starting a pregame thread until we know Duke's quarterfinal opponent, so I'll try to put one together a little bit after 8-seed Georgia Tech and 9-seed Virginia battle it out in the early game on Wednesday.

Until then, use this thread to discuss how you think Duke would do against Georgia Tech, Virginia, or any other team in the bracket.

I am just glad that Clemson and Louisville will have to battle before they play Duke. Only two teams that can challenge IMO.

Hope to be able to root for Capel and Pitt vs. Carolina on Wednesday! Then let's just see Carolina's season end with a whimper. Afterwards, we can start a thread about if the Heels will accept a NIT invitation or not. I hope they do, just to start noisy conversation about how they turned one down a couple of years ago.

Yes I’m annoyed that SMU lost. That puts UNC on our side and most likely in the same session as us on Thursday. Thereby raising ticket prices.

SMU played well today, honestly, but the Noles who showed up for Hamilton’s last home game would be ranked if they had played that hard all season. Oh well.

I am totally confused. A bracket linked from the Main page has UNC as the 4 seed. The one above has Wake Forest as the 4 seed. Can someone explain the discrepancy?
