I know Murphy is a pocket QB, but if they practiced some runs, bootlegs, etc, that would REALLY open up the offense. Right now, our runs are predictable, and we haven’t moved the ball at all on the ground.

Totally agree! Murphy has to be at least SOME threat to run the ball.

Murphy has had a bunch of near-misses on deeper balls. His receivers have not helped him much.

Those missed catches were possibly difficult but catchable. Our receivers need a little more effort.

Murphy has a good arm, but I think he has a little too much air on his deep throws. Recievers seemed to have beaten their man but balls a tad late, or under thrown. Nothing that can't be corrected

Welp. Mixed bag. Defense was excellent. Pass protection was pretty good. Murphy was decent but needs to work on accuracy and decision-making. Receivers got some separation but need to make contested catches. But the running game was VERY worrisome. And the offense was predictable. Hopefully they were holding some stuff back.
