2025 Duke Football Recruiting

From your lips to Manny's ears, apparently. Since your post, he's added Roman Fina, Kai Jacobowitiz and Jamin Brown.

the OL cupboard has been really bare. For whatever reasons, a lot of Cut's OL recruits in his last years just didn't develop, some due to health. Now we have a bunch of big framed recruits for Feeley to work his magic with.

Big question is what kind of OL can they throw together this year as they have a heavy dependence on the guys they portalized.

Yep. I'm a bit of a carper when it comes to the importance of the OL. A great OL will make a mediocre QB look very good. A lousy OL will make a great QB look very mediocre.

Daniel's goal this year should be to stay alive and then get the heck out of Dodge...the GM and coach don't believe in him, and the coach is being exposed as a psychopath, after the first year honeymoon.

...I'd have one caveat to that...elite receivers that can get open quickly can take the pressure off an OL.....and elite receivers that can get deep force different defensive strategies. I think protecting a QB is a balance of those two issues...not sole the OL situation......

I looked at the Jalon Calhoun offer sheet from his recruitment. I could have looked up more, but it’s Monday. I wouldn’t judge any Duke commit based on stars and/or offers
