Not really a sign at all. N.C. GOP was running a self-proclaimed “black nazi” with some really gross posts on a “Nude Africa” website.
And better than llamas at NBC
Just switched to Kornacki on MSNBC. So much better than John King on CNN.

Harris underperforming Biden in Lackawanna County PA. She is closer to Clinton performance.

Philadelphia will be the big question. With 50% in, Harris underperforming. This is feeling like 2016. 😬 😨
Ya. Not looking good for the blue wall in general

The needle is up to 87% chance of a Trump victory. What’s more, the NYT thinks Trump is going to win the popular vote by about a point.

It may be a generation before Democrats nominate a woman again.

Current NY Times projection doesn't have a single state within a 2% margin! That would be .... something nobody had predicted.

One last thought before my seeya...

I'm proud of the campaign Harris ran. It was amazing. Her loss is more a statement about the country than about her as a candidate.

If the likes are meant to show support, please switch them to sad emojis. Even if you voted for Trump, I would hope it would be hard to find something to like about this particular post.
Please know that this male is 100% with you. Like you, even if Harris somehow pulls this out, I’m thoroughly disheartened. My focus tonight is on how I’ll begin to help my two daughters, who aren’t yet of voting age, digest this new reality and persevere despite it.

I don’t know what kind of research you do, but I’m certain that you have a unique talent for it and that it has immense value to many people, none of which is diminished by what we’ve learned tonight.

Is this the end of America as we know it? Have we lost the country and will we lose the constitution?

All these people who voted for him will be surprised when they learn what freedom and liberty really means/meant.

Will we somehow manage to hold the House, and if so, will it matter?

A lot of doom and gloom here, but it isn't over, right? Isn't this like saying 'too bad we lost to Maryland' when we were down ten with under two minutes to go?

Should they have stuck with Biden?
Biden should have withdrawn in 2023 to allow for a primary. But I don't fault Harris. She ran an almost perfect campaign.

Americans are choosing fear, hate, retribution. They think it will be a rerun of some idealized version of 2016-2019. It won't be. The fascists will move aggressively to take over. The cruel Project 2025 crowd will run the show. In their words, "it will be a bloodless coup if the Left allows it".

Trump's DOJ and FBI will move to silence critics and opposition. He will invoke the Supreme Court immunity as he does things that no other American President has ever considered. A very dark time is now here for our country.

Will the institutions hold to allow for an opposition party and future elections? I truly don't know.

Agreed. She arguably had a couple slips. But it was a well thought out, organized campaign for a short period of time. Asking for perfection was unrealistic. I’ll maintain she was an excellent candidate. This result speaks to the disturbing state of the country’s current culture than her.
