They’re going to have to fight UNC fans for him!For some amusing watching from the sidelines, tune into the social media banter featuring IU fans trying to manifest Brad Stevens to Bloomington.

The joy from my couch will be watching them both lose. They’re going to have to fight UNC fans for him!
Has to be, they shot 100% as a team from the field.
In this particular year, I cannot argue with that thinking. The SEC smashed the ACC - not just winning but winning big in the individual games. Vandy beat Virginia Tech by 16 @VT and both teams are middling in their respective conferences. VT is currently 8th and has not beaten a team ahead of it in the standings. Vandy is tied for 9th and has beaten Tenn and Kentucky already (although both are only a game up on Vandy). With the caveat (acknowledgement) that the ACC is weaker than the SEC this year, it still seems to me that when a lower ranked SEC team upsets a higher ranked team it is taken as evidence of the strength of the conference. When the same happens in the ACC it is interpreted as proof of conference weakness. IMO this has been a phenomenon over the last several years. Regardless of the outcome of the Bama/Auburn game, I bet they both stay at #1 and #2. With Vandy leading #5 Tenn at the half, I wonder what happens to Tenn if they lose. Will it just be more evidence that the SEC is super strong (and deserves to get 13-14 teams in the tourney, even if they are below .500 in their conference)?
I guess I posted too soon. This is either wishful thinking or a jinx, or both. With Vandy leading #5 Tenn at the half, I wonder what happens to Tenn if they lose.
Refs have lost control, I think.Auburn-Alabama is a real barnburner.
Missed 4 straight in the final minute, but it didn’t matterBroome missed 2 FTs at a critical time with 30 seconds left. Close game
And those misses, coupled with Cooper Flagg’s brilliance, have now cost him the National Player of the Year awardMissed 4 straight in the final minute, but it didn’t matter
BoringBoy, that Auburn-Alabama game was still going around 6:45. Longer than a lot of baseball games. Lots of fouls and reviews.
Given the fall of Kansas and Kentucky plus Illinois not being a chance for a marquee win, I think Duke can only lose one more game at most and stay a 1-seed. Our schedule just will not match-up with the other contenders.Kansas goes down. Again. This time at Utah.
