Maine’s ambition in playing Duke may be surpassed by their football team playing Oklahoma today. Big payday I assume

Remorse, certainly. But there will also be ample remuneration to salve the sadness.
 
Okay. I promise not to mention this again, but I really don't understand the squib kick strategy.

We cut the lead to one with almost a full quarter to go and handed them the ball on the 50. What was the conceivable positive outcome? Do they have some stud returner they had just subbed in that was a danger to take it to the house? Did we expect them to flub the catch?

Manny explains during his press conference, and yes, they were trying to kick it away from a dangerous returner who had come close on a previous kick. Obviously it was not executed well.
