Mason Gillis has missed his last 11 threes. Evans 0 for 5 today on threes. Both played their tails off on defense, both will likely make at least one if not several big shots as the competition gets tougher. (Mason especially seems due)

James Evans and Gillis all missed badly No air ball. But one could tell they were not even close. Need to fix their release.

I still maintain a bit of disdain for Maryland and they look like they will win. But that is a small blip on what has otherwise been a great day, and, as I like to say, if that is the biggest problem in my life, I have a spectacular life.

Mount St Mary's won a play in game and fought hard against a premier team in Duke. It was a good experience for them. They weren't close to capable enough to compete with Duke. Bring on Baylor.
