I'm not sure, either, but it looked like a coached and rehearsed move. Her run to the line was very decisive. Useless, but decisive.

#14 never looked at anything except the ball, and then she didn't even attack it. Wow. That was awful defending.

Well, we know who our potential opponent will be, but first we've got to get there. No gimme in very chilly conditions tonight. It should be under 40 degrees at kickoff, and nearly freezing by the time the time the game ends.
 
This season has really shaped up to be a reenactment of the 2022 basketball season. Though the ending is going to be different!
 
15 minutes in….Duke has by far been the more the threatening team in the opening parts of the game

Both Hase and Oliaro have been owning the VT outside backs
 
Duke dominated the first half. VT managed a couple of counter attacks, but did not register any shots.
Duke continues with their pinpoint passing and strategic lobs which eventually lead to scores. 1-0 Duke.
 
Hokies threatened, though, even if they didn’t get off any official shots. This game is far from over. I’m happy to be up 1-0, but lots left to do.
