Me too. Eli is a fighter. He has great hands. We really need him to produce.
Agreed. He has proven ability to catch the ball in traffic plus he is a big receiver.
He could have a great year if the QBs have time to get the ball to him. Big IF I believe.
I do get it Arnie, it's tough to shed 60 years of cynicism regarding Duke football.
I'm expecting the OL to be fine, fwiw.

Nice article on Nicky Dalmolin deciding to come back for a 5th year after initially deciding to hang em up after graduating.
The ACC Road Trip is in Durham right now (repeated at 7 and 8, followed by a rebroadcast of Duke-Clemson from last September.)
Haven’t watched it yet, but CBS17’s story (mainly about the O-line and Eli Pancol) showed the “progress” of the Devils Den. Not much other than removal of seats, assuming their video was captured today. Three weeks to go…

Awesome that he's returning!
Some random thoughts:
1. The sessions with Jordan Moore and Jaquez Moore were interesting.
2. Commentator stated Jaquez Moore is ready to play a bigger role with the departure of Jordan Waters.
3. Sophomore running back Peyton Jones’ role will also increase. Days of the Bell Cow running back are over.
4. Jordan Moore stated his younger brother Jayden is faster than him. Jayden was wearing a brace on his left knee. He suffered an injury during Spring Game.
5. Coach Diaz praised strength and conditioning coach Feeley crediting him with building Duke football culture. He stated the new staff didn’t have to build a culture only maintain it.
6. Coach Diaz addressed OL depth stating they rebuilt it via transfers.
7. Commentators stated the QB competition is real.

Wow, watch his head. It barely moves. He's super efficient, like a sprinter. That was a pretty impressive 8 seconds.
