I love these exercises. Cue someone posting in 3-2-1 "I'm not worried about anyone!"

I think we actually match up extremely well with the B1G teams above, so I don't share your concern about Michigan State or Wisconsin. I'm using BracketMatrix for the seed projection.

1 Seed: Florida
2 Seed: St. John's in Newark
3 Seed: Healthy Iowa State or Texas Tech
4/5 Seed: Maryland, Clemson (though I'm not sure we'd be in line to face them in our region given seeding rules)
6/7 Seed: BYU
8/9 Seed: Gonzaga

Good list and totally agree on the Big Ten unless the refs allow a ridiculous amount of holding. I also don’t want to face Kansas as an 8 seed and hope the Jayhawks are a bit better seeded. I still think Texas Tech is this year’s version of 2010 Baylor and is very dangerous when healthy.

I'd really like to avoid Miss St and Tex A&M.They are likely to put 10+ Sec teams so we got to go through some of them eventually. Florida is the Sec team that looks like the tougher match up.U know the committee is salivating at putting Uconn as our 8/9 game.

BYU has a really good shot to be in Duke's region due to their Th-Sat demands. I know they are losing right now, but they are a sneaky team that has a really good shot to make the Final 4. They are much better without Mark Pope coaching them.

Raleigh the first weekend? No. Lenovo Center is a Friday/Sunday site.

Newark the second weekend? Yes, it’s possible. Prudential Center is a Thursday/Saturday site.
