For decades I’ve gotten comparisons (including voice) to Holly Hunter, but she’s not enough older than I am for me to be considered “a younger HH.” A while back in a similar conversation here I think I told about the kindergartner who thought I sounded like Mrs. Incredible.

We have a person who is at a higher (national) level at my work, and we are frequently on calls where she presents. She sounds EXACTLY like Holly Hunter, and my co-worker and I spend the meeting sending Mrs. Incredible/Elastigirl and Raising Arizona gifs back-and-forth to each other.

I love me some P. Poundstone. Her crowd work in PP Goes to Harvard was brilliant - I laughed so hard I couldn't breathe. Unfortunately, she has struggled with alcoholism and ran into legal troubles because she was drunk driving with her adopted kids in the car. She was also accused of child SA, something she strongly denies. She’s sober now - wonder why she hasn’t done a standup special since 2006?

She's on "Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me" sometimes.
