Who was the Man of the Match in Duke's 63-56 win over Wake Forest? Here's the ESPN box score and live stats.

You can vote for up to TWO choices.

Please select one or two players in the poll above; if you change your mind, you CAN change your vote until the poll closes in 2 days.

We won because we have the best player in the country even though he had 7 TOs today, but I voted for Gillis because he was our steadiest player on the floor, and because he hit the 3 with about 2 minutes left that broke the game open for us.

Since we have a new feature that we can vote for two people can we add Coach S or the coaching staff as a group to the choices. If so my votes would be Cooper and Coach.

If I had only one vote, it would have to be Cooper, but Gillis deserves a vote, too. He was the perfect counterweight to the freshman, providing steadiness and calm underneath Cooper's explosiveness and desire to get to the rack.

Without Gillis, another court storming.
ha, speaking of which Wake's anti court storming methodology looked to be putrid, glad they didn't need it. Didn't get in position until the game ended (yeah, I know, we won) and "security" consisted of taking 30 seconds to deploy a thin rope between the crowd and the floor. Entertainingly pitiful. Standard procedure elsewhere seems to consist of deploying many large individuals between the fans and court BEFORE the game ends...the guys they used looked like they just got off duty from selling hot dogs.

The sight of the wake barf splatters and the lime green jackets of the security enforcers was not a work of art. Jeebus what a mess.

Security is a joke there. They contract this outside company called Rhino. Not impressed with their workers.

They also post this message on the scoreboard, it’s a joke too.

after last year's debacle I expected something competent, but that was ridiculous. Rhino must be a joke those guys looked bewildered by their task.

I was having to tell some of them what they’re supposed to be doing. I think they just grab people off the street and hand them a green shirt.

I laughed when they shuffled onto the court to deploy their fancy neon yellow twine (or perhaps it was white twine, jaundiced by that sallow Wake lighting). Me: "What are you gonna do with that, tie a Christmas tree to the top of your car?" On the bright side, there was no court storming, so I bet they're convinced they did a fantastic job...

Given what happened last year it was especially nonsensical. Yes tying up a Christmas tree would have made more sense

Wish there was only one vote as I think Gillis could have won on his own and it would be a nice feather in his cap to beat Cooper... we always vote for Coop ;)

Maybe this has been asked before, but what do the stats mean when there are potentially 2 votes per voter? Flagg and Gillis both have 60%+. Does this mean that for each voter, Flagg and Gillis appeared 60%+ of the time? I guess people don't have to vote for 2 player, and perhaps voters don't know they can vote for 2. Or Flagg-backers or Gillis-backers intentionally didn't want to vote the other, or they added one and then threw a shout out to a 3rd player, I suppose.

I voted for both Flagg and Gillis. But I'm wondering if the 2 votes system just confuses things here and allows for strange voting practices (MLB writers ears prick up here).
