It’s going to be REALLY tough for some actresses/actors to come in and play those adult roles. A lot of the previous ones knocked it out of the park.New Harry Potter series on HBO. I remember Jason talking about the likelihood of this happening one day. Will be interesting to see how much more the series follows the books.
I would love to see Hugh Laurie in ANY role. It’s going to be REALLY tough for some actresses/actors to come in and play those adult roles. A lot of the previous ones knocked it out of the park.
You mean, like seeing him play Voldemort in his Bertie Wooster guise? That I would pay big bucks to see.I would love to see Hugh Laurie in ANY role.
The author contradicts his own premise. If the game needs no teachers and no coaches and is to be played by the players doing whatever seems best to give them an advantage, then the rule against zone defense doesn't advance that idea; rather, it destroys it.I heard Chuck Klosterman reference this essay on Bill Simmons's podcast, I really enjoyed it and imagine most hoops fans will as well.

Either the game should be governed or it shouldn't be governed; you can't have it both ways. The author argues that it shouldn't be governed, except in those cases where it pleases him aesthetically.
It's a lot of big words and with some interesting history, but if he were a student in an essay class and I were his teacher, I would give him a C-.
