I had lots of great ideas about what the theme was, but there were all wrong, and I'm not familiar enough with the answers to figure it out right away. Also, my main ideas for the theme all involved the word "toys", which overlapped with "yoyo" in the puzzle, so it took me a few guesses to get the idea.
