The saga of Daniel Jones thread

Watched the Colts vs Steelers. Daniel seems unaware of danger sometimes, whether that be a pass rusher getting close or a secondary defender lurking for a pick. His passing accuracy is excellent but good defenses seem to take advantage of Daniel being locked in.

The thing is, the Steelers defense is not good. I think this game was an anomaly.

Bingo. Unfortunately that loss was mostly on Daniel. The Steelers defense had little to do with it.
Daniel Jones was sacked five times and hurried plenty more times. I watched the whole game and thought the Steelers dominated the line of scrimmage. A quarterback’s best friend is the running game but against the Steelers the NFL’s leading rusher managed 45 yards on 14 carries.

DJ certainly played poorly but the Steelers defense deserves a lot of credit.

I’m hoping we see better results from Jones and the entire Colts team against the Falcons Sunday morning.
