No longer have to sign up for as many fake classes? Tutors don't have to write as many fake papers for them? How can the academic standards possibly be lowered?

But remember, at UNC the ceiling is the roof, so the [academic] limbo bar magically converts to a comically low hurdle...At Unc they call it academic limbo. How low can you go? Kudos to Mack
The only way they can possibly lower the standards any more is to basically have no school at all. LOL!How can the academic standards possibly be lowered?
Remember, technology has advanced since the period covered in the Wainstein report. After the tutors write the papers for the players, they no longer have to physically drive them to the TA's in order to submit them. They can send the fake papers electronically. No longer have to sign up for as many fake classes? Tutors don't have to write as many fake papers for them?
...and this, it's not why I come here, but it's definitely why I stay.I think they just mean the flag with the school logo was flown at half-mast for a while.
So when is the DBR Cookout happening so we can meet the neighbors? I’ll bring chips and guacamole!Jordon is a neighbor, yes, but she’s not THE neighbor I’ve been speaking of in such glowing terms here on DBR. Sure, she’s pretty darn good — I’ll give Jordon that — but my next-door neighbor is better. Ask Southern, he knows.![]()
That is so nice! She will probably ask you to be matron of honor. Lucky you!See?!! I knew it!! I should have a bridal shower for Future Mrs Belichik!
This is a joke and not a real transcript, yes? I honestly cannot tell.
We had a real DBR event in 1995 and a bunch of years thereafter. Tailgates before football games. Many on this forum attendedSo when is the DBR Cookout happening so we can meet the neighbors? I’ll bring chips and guacamole!
That’s fantastic. I was in Div school at Duke then and didn’t even know DBR existed yet.We had a real DBR event in 1995 and a bunch of years thereafter. Tailgates before football games. Many on this forum attended
The first rule of DBR is: never talk about DBR.That’s fantastic. I was in Div school at Duke then and didn’t even know DBR existed yet.
we did have some fun, competitive fistfights! The first rule of DBR is: never talk about DBR.
Seems like a pretty dumb rule upon reflection. Someone ought to look at that.
Are you the Rule Enforcer? Make my day.The first rule of DBR is: never talk about DBR.

Given some of the "courses" they "taught" athletes, they might raise the standards by having no school at all.The only way they can possibly lower the standards any more is to basically have no school at all. LOL!
They were secret, by invitation only. I have the sweatshirt to prove it!We had a real DBR event in 1995 and a bunch of years thereafter. Tailgates before football games. Many on this forum attended
So now the cheats can admit such academic achievers as Charles Shackleford (Mr. Amphibious!) and Chris Washburn. It comes just as we learn an interesting if not entirely exact point of comparison: former UNC coach Mack Brown revealed that one of the concessions to new coach Bill Belichick is to lower academic requirements for football.
Those are great. Does the banner still exist?
