UNC head coach Mack Brown won't return in 2025, will coach vs. NC State :: WRALSportsFan.com
The school announced Mack Brown's firing Tuesday morning, one day after Brown said he intended to return in 2025.

Except for the Dallas Cowboys.i'm not sure any program in the coury so regularly underperforms relative to prestige, self-percieved prestige, and recruited talent.
Oh well.
In Manny I trust! That’s not good news for Duke.
I’m pulling for the school to create an AI personality based upon IC posts and make that the new head coachIf I'm UNC, I'm packing up the Brinks truck now (whats left after Macks 2.8 mil buyout) and I'm sending it down to New Orleans to hire Jon Sumrall from Tulane. I know some have Jamie Chadwell pegged as the replacement, but he's been kind of underwhelming at Liberty and he gives off that sort of vibe that Larry Fedora did, gimmicky offense and occasional bad decision making
If it hasn't happened yet, I'm not sure the sleeping giant is *ever* going to awaken.i'm not sure any program in the coury so regularly underperforms relative to prestige, self-percieved prestige, and recruited talent.

I’m guessing that with Mac leaving, UNC will undoubtedly be better, regardless. Therefore, not good for us.In terms of ??
Funny . . . the first person that came to my mind as a candidate was Dan Mullen.
10 candidates to replace Mack
Kotelnicki, Odom, Chadwell & Golesh seem to be on a lot of lists.
Doeren just needs a good OC and then just let the OC run his offense. That would fix a lot of his problems.I wouldn't mind if they took Dave Doren off State's hands.
I mean I'm sure we thought the same thing when Brown came back to replace Fedora. Their overall records are actually very similar.I’m guessing that with Mac leaving, UNC will undoubtedly be better, regardless. Therefore, not good for us.
