Teslas and other electric vehicles

Has anyone tested one? Can they do regular pickup truck jobs?

Or do you just buy them for their looks?
I have a friend from college that does. He’s into exotics and super cars and such. He says he’s not confident doing anymore than you could do in a Ford Ranger…the old one from the earlier 00s. He said it might be fine but the build quality is atheistic over durability.

Lot of Cybertrucks in DFW. It’s the perfect Dallas vehicle—overpriced, ostentatious, and hideous.
I took a look at the one down the street.its not something I would buy as a truck. I do believe the price point is higher than needed .did not get a chance to thoroughly look.im thinking 75 k Vehicle not 100+. I think all vehicles are over priced right now for that matter.
Everytime I see it it reminds me of comedian ginger Billy's tesler siber truck on you tube.

Ship carrying my Macan 4 has docked in Baltimore. It will unload some vehicles there before proceeding to Freeport, TX (south of Houston).

Assuming EPA and CARB get their acts together, my promised 9/20 delivery date is looking good.

The Cybertruck is an absolute joke. How is this a “truck” exactly? I’m not sure I understand the definition.

Beyond that it’s absolutely hideous.

I have encountered two of them on interstate highways. Both were driven by aggressive jerks. cybertrucks might be the new Dodge Charger.
