FB: 2024 Bowl Games

Sorry, but darned if OSU hasn't gotten the best of the non-calls in this game. They've held multiple times, on offense and defense, and gotten away with it.

We would have a better ball game if Texas had a decent quarterback. Ewers has been a disappointment -- more often than not tonight, he's been indecisive, immobile, and inaccurate.
First - it’s 14-14. Do you mean Texas would be winning by 2 tds? This is a pretty good game perhaps because Quinn.

I agree Ewers is over coached. He checks down more than a mediocre NFL QB. I’ve never seen someone check down more than him in college. But he has some immense talent if he can get out of his own head.

I think his passes have frequently been too late (resulting in sacks), or too low (resulting in linemen batting down the ball), or overthrown. He's okay with the quick, short passes in the flat or tunnel screens, but tonight I've only seen him throw two or three decent downfield passes. Just my opinion, but if he was sharper, Texas would likely be on top in this game.

Having said that, his last two passes were on the money. Hopefully, he's started playing on instinct.
