Jon said Nik's ankle injury is limiting him (in games), but I'm not aware of him saying that Nik is not practicing.Good stuff for sure. Always proud of how team-oriented and humble most of our players come across.
One observation: It looked like Nik was practicing without incident. I know CJS has mentioned his ankle issues and not being able to practice but i didn't see any obvious signs of him being limited at what i assume was a very recent practice.
I thought the announcers during one of the recent games said that they are limiting Nik in practice so it's not too much on his ankle and he can be fresher for games.Jon said Nik's ankle injury is limiting him (in games), but I'm not aware of him saying that Nik is not practicing.
Maybe i misheard and he has been practicing. He didn't look limited when he was mic'd up for the Duke Blue Planet piece but that segment didn't show him scrimmaging 5v5 either.I thought the announcers during one of the recent games said that they are limiting Nik in practice so it's not too much on his ankle and he can be fresher for games.
It's possible that the injury has healed more and now he's getting back to a bigger practice schedule.Maybe i misheard and he has been practicing. He didn't look limited when he was mic'd up for the Duke Blue Planet piece but that segment didn't show him scrimmaging 5v5 either.
