The weekend series at #9 Clemson is an opportunity to make some noise. With series left against Clemson and Georgia Tech, a Top 4 finish in the ACC is within grasp:

Duke and Clemson are tied for 6th place at 14-10 a half game behind 5th place Miami (14-9) and a full game behind 3rd place North Carolina and Georgia Tech (15-9).

Baseball America has Duke as the #3 in Auburn. With the current RPI at 38, I'm seeing Duke as a 3 seed nobody wants. Clemson is in a mini-slump. If Duke can somehow take 2/3, it really would help.

I agree with you nobody wants Duke as a 3 seed in their regional. With a strong finish, Duke should be a 2.

I am hopeful we can go at least 3-3 in our last two ACC series- I think we will need 4-2 or better to move up to a NCAA two seed

If you play with some of the algorithmic sites like Warrennolan, Duke probably needs more to get a 2 seed. It might take making the semifinals of the ACCT + 5 wins against Clemson, Liberty, and GT. (Yes, Liberty belongs in that sentence this year.) A 2-6 finish (includes a 0-1 ACCT) probably knocks Duke out of the NCAAs.
