Gonna need Vegas to par 18 (should make par on 17). If not, Max should finish no worse than 2nd today and make the playoffs. With only 1 tournament left, Max has almost guaranteed himself a spot in the playoffs regardless of how today finishes.

Finally figured out how to say his name -- maybe:Gonna need Vegas to par 18 (should make par on 17). If not, Max should finish no worse than 2nd today and make the playoffs.
Yep, a 2nd will still be fantastic.Oh well, it worked more on Kuchar but Vegas is in great position…
They did mention it at some pointOur man Max is warming up by playing ping-pong. The announcers haven't seemed to notice that he is playing pong LEFT-handed.
Good. Also, it appearsthat Max's FedEx Cup position improves from 88 to 61. that should put him in with just a week left. They did mention it at some point
Now I’m seeing Max is 63rd. Interesting that Smalley is now 126.Good. Also, it appearsthat Max's FedEx Cup position improves from 88 to 61. that should put him in with just a week left.
The current forecast for Greensboro is rain on Thursday and Friday, Saturday may be OK and sunshine on Sunday, when I'm planning to play. Not at Sedgefield, where they're playing the tournament, but at Starmount Forest where I'm a member. There's about 6.5 miles between golf courses.

Forecast I’m looking at shows rain ending Friday morning early. If this holds, would think they’d play Saturday with clean and place in effect. Doubt any golf could be played Friday after 5-6 inches of rain Thursday. The reason I'm doubtful they will play Saturday is because most courses can't effectively drain 6-inches that quickly. I wonder if they're pumping down the lakes.
Yesterday NHC had Debby over Greensboro at 8 AM Friday, now it's 2 AM, so the storm will be passing through sooner. However, WeatherUnderground (my go-to site, I'm fed up with weather.com) has the rain ending at 4 PM on Friday. The problem is, you can't trust any of these darn weatherpeople. Plus who knows what the winds and gusts will be like. Surprisingly, they don't have the winds reaching 20 MPH at any time in the hourly forecast, which I find hard to believe given the projected track.Forecast I’m looking at shows rain ending Friday morning early. So what happens to this tourney, can they at extend through Monday with 36 hole finish?? At lot on the line for Top 70 qualification.
Don't blame the weather people. They are using models that were developed using a century's worth of patterns that no longer apply. Weather prediction is basically a case of "best guess" from here on out unless the climate re-stabilizes.The problem is, you can't trust any of these darn weatherpeople.
