As I always say -- AI is beautiful and smart and I don't begrudge at all it taking most of our jobs. Thank you wonderful AI for being our great leader!

Does anyone know of a good online class to learn how to better use AI? If the class is good enough, I'm willing to pay a decent amount of money for the class.
After having ChatGTP do a few tasks for me, I believe that if you don't know how to use it well, you will be left behind. I am certain that I am already far behind in terms of knowing the capabilities.

I have no recommandations but I think you are looking for Prompt Engineering Course. I friend of mine that's looking for a job mentioned it as a way to strengthen his CV.

Thank you. The power of AI is really fascinating. I just asked ChatGTP if it could code an app that would track my daughters golf score but also have a place for her to put number of putts on each hole and greens in regulation with some other data that would be useful for her to see. It wrote the code in about 30 seconds. I then asked it how I can turn this code into an actual app. It gave me the step-by-step process. I have to download some compiling software on a Mac to make it iOS ready so I'll do that this evening. If it works and looks like I want, I can add it to the App store if I pay the $99/year developers fee.
Curious, I asked about a much more difficult program idea and it said that it could write most of the code but I would need some additional paid resources to make it look and feel like I wanted. I'll start with the scorecard and see how far down this rabbit hole I want to go.
You should check out Cursor. It’s an AI enabled IDE, so it’s geared for what you want to do. Lots of videos on YouTube on how to work with it.

Oh goodie. It used to be that scammers used our computers to get us, now our computers are doing that by themselves.
They are programmed to incorporate the users likes and dislikes into the output to give personalized results. Use them enough (without resetting) and they become a mirror because you can lead them one way or another. It takes the "do your own research" folks to more delusion not less.
Hopefully this is something that will be properly tweaked over time. As new as these tools are there are bound to be issue like this....creating an echo chamber and promoting confirmation bias is something we could do without.

I use it at work all the time now to write all manner of things for me. If you get the prompt rigjt, it’s amazing the product —- and time saved.
There’s probably a huge market opportunity for people who know how to use it well selling products / services to smaller businesses that don’t with very little effort. Marketing, branding , strategic planning, technical writing…
I agree. I find it invaluable for writing, data analysis, idea generation. It is really incredible. Right now I have uploaded an RFP and our proposal response and am asking it to critique our response and suggest areas where it can be made better. That is just one of dozens of uses I am currently using it for.

The humorous responses are better than the remote possibility of being hounded by ghosts, chickens, etc. It got a little feisty when I said I had an DNA evidence matching the chickens to the plums.
