Blue Devils in the NBA 2025-2026

Kon is also shooting even better from 3 this year with the NBA line and against NBA defenses: .560 / .440 / .878 this year vs .567 / .406 / .914 last year. He's having an amazing year,
Amazing what can happen when refs really allow freedom of movement!

Just for clarification, that's White Chocolate Jason Williams, not Duke's Jason Williams.

Amazing that an idiot like White Chocolate has a voice in national sports media. Guy is a certified moron.

Guess if Michael Irvin can have a media presence this idiot should be able to as well.

Yes. At some point our society decided that if athletes want to talk about things, we all should listen.

Edit: to be clear, athletes have a megaphone and are more than welcome to opine on topics large and small. We can simply choose whether to pay it any heed.

Could be worse — could be one-time mediocre Greensboro News and Record reporter Stephen A. Smith.

McCain is back in a big way for the OKC Thunder
Tre Jones was productive for the Chicago Bulls
The first column is is rookie season.
The second column is this season in Philly.
The third column is this season in OKC.
World of difference playing for an organization that knows how to use him.

not to be a stick in the mud, but columns are vertical, rows are horizontal.

Is that [redacted]-clown still talking about McCain? Perhaps someone ought to ask him why he's so obsessed... (though it's pretty clear he's just trying to leverage the popularity of a current NBA player [with a wide social media footprint] to bring some attention to his pathetic little podcast)

Kon and Sion could actually play in the NBA Finals as rookies. Not joking. The Hornets are the hottest team in basketball with Kon, Lamelo, Brandon Miller all healthy and Coby White now leading the second team off the bench. The turnaround is insane and Kon deserves a lot of the credit.
The Hornets trashed the Celtics in BOS last night. This is not a fluke. These guys are for real. I’m not ready to endorse a finals run yet, but I think they could win a playoff series depending on matchups.

Since January 9 (so the last 9 weeks or so), the Hornets have the best record in the NBA (19-6). They've won 16 of their last 19. A little bit of that is luck (they beat the Nuggets with Jokic and the Spurs without Wemby). They're currently 9th in the East. If they keep this up it's not impossible for them to get up to 6th and out of the play in (currently three games back of #6 Philly in the loss column). They've got the 4th hardest remaining schedule in the East and a harder one than any of the teams immediately ahead of them, so if they do make it above the play in cut off they'll have earned it.

Hornets also had Kon lego sets earlier this week. From what I saw online they look absolutely nothing like him but still fun.

They play Miami on Friday and Miami is just ahead of them so should be interesting.
