Blue Devils in the NBA 2025-2026

Jalen johnson has turned into a fantastic NBA player. How do we feel about him?

Let’s see, he quit on the team when the going got tough and was a headache when he was on the team. Has he repped Duke in the slightest since then?

I’m not wishing him to fail but he might as well have gone to Northern Iowa or Oregon for all I care.

I watched part of the CHA game last night, and unfortunately all i got to see was Kon make 1 3FG and miss a bunch of jumpers in the lane. Sion looked terrible, turning the ball over a lot. Overall, the stats for both were not as bad as the portion of the game that i watched, although Sion had 4 turns vs only 1 assist.
In the Battle of the Jones Brothers, Tyus's Magic defeated Tre's Bulls, but Tre had the individually superior game, scoring 20 to Tyus's 0, though Tyus had 6 assists to Tre's 3.

The Pelicans Zion marriage is/needs to be over. Since Dumars made one of the worst trades in NBA history on draft night to light the Pelicans draft picks on fire, they need to shop Zion around with all urgency. Both sides need a fresh start.
Poor Zion needs a fresh body and then he can get a chance at a fresh start. I really feel bad for him. He's rivaling Grant Hill for biggest "What could have been career if he was 100 percent healthy" among Duke players.

Check out the comments, too, including one from someone calling themselves Chris Webber.

How is this for a season-to-date Power Rankings of our players where production was the most important criteria but availability and how good your team is also was included in the rankings?

1. Paolo Banchero — Orlando Magic
Rises to the top despite missing time with injuries.

2. Brandon Ingram — Toronto Raptors
One of the big surprises of the season as a player on a surprisingly good team.

3. RJ Barrett — Toronto Raptors
As always, a workhorse for a good team.

4. Kon Kneuppel — Charlotte Hornets
ROY campaign

5. Cooper Flagg — Dallas Mavericks
Rising ROY candidate

6. Mark Williams — Phoenix Suns
Holding down the middle for the surprising Suns, experiencing addition by KD and Beal subtraction

7. Grayson Allen — Phoenix Suns
Shooting still matters.

8. Wendell Carter Jr. — Orlando Magic
Angel Reese isn't the only good thing happening to Wendell

9. Tre Jones — Chicago Bulls
A key bench producer for a fun young squad

10. Zion Williamson — New Orleans Pelicans
Production is great when he's available which....

11. Gary Trent Jr. — Milwaukee Bucks
Another surprise team, it's nice to be a shooter on the court with the Freak

12. Luke Kennard — Atlanta Hawks
Again, shooting matters

13. Kyle Filipowski — Utah Jazz
The team stinks but the young guns are getting reps

14. Sion James — Charlotte Hornets
Amazing story all around, great kid doing the most with his chance.

15. Tyus Jones — Orlando Magic
Tyus hasn't thrived the way many thought he would at either of his last two stops. The "best back-up PG in the NBA" tag seems like a long time ago.

16. Tyrese Proctor — Cleveland Cavaliers
In a great spot on Cleveland, no pressure to be "the man", just come in and play hard.

17. Marvin Bagley III — Washington Wizards
Poor Marvin, not the career he expected.

18. Dereck Lively II — Dallas Mavericks
Another victim of injury.

19. Jared McCain — Philadelphia 76ers
Came back to a crowded backcourt. Finding his way in the Maxey/VJ show.

20. Mason Plumlee — Charlotte Hornets
The Last Dance

21. Khaman Maluach — Phoenix Suns
Valley Suns, here I am.

22. Wendell Moore Jr. — Detroit Pistons
Just happy to be here.

Thank you for this amazing list! It was fun to review the rundown -- good and not so good -- and see how many Devils are making an impact.
