elvis, elvis, elvis, much respect, but Dan took over the play calling when the new OC went mental this season. Former, brilliant OC Ben Johnson is killing it in Chi.
Give me the team, Sheila Ford, just give it to me. Goodell would be hiding from me in a utility closet today.
You were right, the team got a bag of coal.Nope. Santa knows how bad we've been, are, and ever will be.
Lots of teams would trade their starting qb for Goff tomorrow. Including mine (Tua).Complete humiliation in Minny yesterday. But, finally, knives are out for Goff.
Thanks for ruining the team and the season, Jared. You're a total loser.
And me (Bryce)Lots of teams would trade their starting qb for Goff tomorrow. Including mine (Tua).
I’d put (in no particular order) Allen, Maye, Burrow, Jackson, Mahomes, Nix, Herbert, Prescott, Hurts, Love, Mayfield, Stafford, Purdy and Darnold above him. Maybe a few others too. Which makes Goff pretty right in the middle of the 32. He’s average. And me (Bryce)
The league is so weak at qb right now that Goff is in that 7-12 range of best qbs every year at this point.
I was just contemplating Tua/Darnold and thought the Seahawks would probably say "no" to that swap.I’d put (in no particular order) Allen, Maye, Burrow, Jackson, Mahomes, Nix, Herbert, Prescott, Hurts, Love, Mayfield, Stafford, Purdy and Darnold above him. That one’s not close. Tua doesn’t have nearly the arm strength or the athleticism to be a good NFL quarterback. That’s very clear. He’s in the bottom quartile of starters right now and really should be a backup. If the dolphins could cut him without ruining their salary structure for the next 2-3 years, they would.I was just contemplating Tua/Darnold and thought the Seahawks would probably say "no" to that swap.
But ask again next week.
As long as the O line has time to build a comfortable den with a couch, snacks and give Goff a warm blanket, you would be exactly right. He's not moving off that couch. Not one inch.Lots of teams would trade their starting qb for Goff tomorrow. Including mine (Tua).
Two best teams in football right now.
The Bears and Niners would like a word, I think.Preview of the NFC title game, no? (Sorry to the Beagles fans, "Get used to disappointment...")
I agree, but Jackson seems to be on the decline, and I'm concerned about Mayfield. But his problem may the OL. I had a hard time on who start at QB on some of my fantasy football teams yesterday. Drake May, Joe Burrow, or Trevor Lawrence. They all have been playing well. I chose Maye and was pleased with the results.I’d put (in no particular order) Allen, Maye, Burrow, Jackson, Mahomes, Nix, Herbert, Prescott, Hurts, Love, Mayfield, Stafford, Purdy and Darnold above him. What a ball game. It looked like the team who had the ball last would win. Those are two great offenses. Defense, not so much. I thought one of the announcers said that the Bears had allowed 40 points in two or three games this season. The Bears and Niners would like a word, I think.
This one has been an absolute prizefight.
I liked the Niners strategy of not wearing themselves out by actually playing defense. It got them off the field quickly. What a ball game. It looked like the team who had the ball last would win. GoDuke!
Such a depressing season for this old Lions fan, but I should have known that God would never let us get to the Super BowlComplete humiliation in Minny yesterday. But, finally, knives are out for Goff.

If only the Niners could've lost one of their All-Pro defenders instead of two...I liked the Niners strategy of not wearing themselves out by actually playing defense. It got them off the field quickly.
Then they were fresh and ready to go for the final play.
Around here, I don’t think this is most people’s primary concern with this hypothetical.is 2nd year QB Drake Maye really going to win the NFL MVP? As a longtime Patriot hater, I say blech.
Thankfully the Tar Heels are not allowed to celebrate Drake’s success, because the Patriots were mean to Big Bill, or something.Around here, I don’t think this is most people’s primary concern with this hypothetical.
I’m kind of chuckling at how the Failcons managed to make themselves the nexus of this little subplot. Bilious Belichick ended up in the Dump on the Hump, some might say, in large part because the Failcons passed on him, and now the Failcons have helped thrust Maye to the forefront of the MVP race by somehow stumbling into last night’s victory over Stafford and the Rams.Thankfully the Tar Heels are not allowed to celebrate Drake’s success, because the Patriots were mean to Big Bill, or something.
