I’d like to forget it too but Kentucky is still alive…So there are no teams left in the field that Duke lost to. And I think only 3 left that Duke beat (Illinois, Arizona, Auburn). Not sure what to think of it, if anything.
You’re right. Missed that one.I’d like to forget it too but Kentucky is still alive…
Bring them on! Would love to get payback!I’d like to forget it too but Kentucky is still alive…
Six hours later I'm still trying to figure out what the hell this meantKenny Smith: Carolina basketball is like when your mom makes bacon. You can smell it.

Insight into the recesses of an ex-heel player's intellect? Not a pretty sight.I’m just going with Carolina basketball is not kosher

I said this same thing in the chat after the Marriott ad aired (for me).I'm still convinced that the sheer number of NCAA-themed commercials featuring UNC this year is the real reason UNC made the tournament.
To be fair… they only lost to 3 teams, and one is actually still in it; UK.So there are no teams left in the field that Duke lost to. And I think only 3 left that Duke beat (Illinois, Arizona, Auburn). Not sure what to think of it, if anything.
No. UConn needs to lose. But Oklahoma can't shoot worth crap.Oklahoma UConn is a great game. I’ll be happy to see either team lose.
it stinks?Six hours later I'm still trying to figure out what the hell this meant
Today’s unrestricted portaling promotes chalky tournaments. The mid-majors now often lose their best players to teams higher up the food chain and that movement lessens the chances of upsets.Apologies if posted elsewhere, but this is the chalkiest first round since 2017. Only 5 double-digit seeds advanced and none of the top 4 seeds knocked off. 2017 ended up with two #1s, a #3, and a #7 (grrrrr) making the Final Four.
FWIW, it's been my observation over the years (without really going back to check) that chalky first rounds often lead to chaos in the 2nd round. As long as Duke isn't a victim, I'm fine with that.Apologies if posted elsewhere, but this is the chalkiest first round since 2017. I think it is a repeat from last year; I was annoyed to see the unc player (Davis?) leading the band out of the hotel...with the uniforms showing the cheats' logo in DUKE BLUE!!! arrrggghhh..I said this same thing in the chat after the Marriott ad aired (for me).
This one and the '92 team.Okay. I admit I might be the victim of recency bias, but this is my favorite Duke team of all time and I went to Duke in 1970.
