Ever heard of battery storage?I was thinking more along the lines of the part of the day where the surface of earth with the solar panel is facing away from the sun and it is dark.

Wrong. We wanted Putin to die of Covid. Now I’m going to have to strain my weather control powers to bomb cyclone him to death. It was one or more test kits. Certainly a reasonable, humane gesture to a world leader, despite our major differences in many areas. Any US president would have done so.
Not sure what was worse torture for a Phillies fan - watching them or going to a Trump rally. What genius scheduled a Trump rally in eastern Pennsylvania on the night of a Phillies playoff game?
He’s definitely not getting 165,000,000 people tonight.
I wonder if it’s even that calculated. I think he feels that all has to do is just get up there and make sounds come out of his mouth and it doesn’t really matter what he says. Little he says makes sense nor does it have to. He just has to occupy space and be visible for two hours or whatever and leave it to the media to derive something rational out of his comments.Let's get real, tfg is just attempting to make another bad faith argument for the sake of oil executives that are intent on boosting his campaign.
Or a sheagles game. Not sure what was worse torture for a Phillies fan - watching them or going to a Trump rally.
Wind power:It's not picking nits. Trump is criticizing wind power using a criticism that is meaningless. We are pointing out why that criticism is meaningless.
Either he's intentionally pushing a false/meaningless narrative or he truly doesn't understand how wind power works. Neither is flattering. But it's not picking nits.
Wind power:
- Causes cancer
- Kills birds
- Doesn't let me watch TV on calm days
- Is ugly
- Takes land away from farmers to make food
When Elon bets the poly market moves a lot. No link just my guessNo idea. But the betting markets whiffed pretty badly in 2016. They were closer in 2020, but probably not to the degree that the election was close.
Seems like a really rich person (or groups of people) with the belief that Trump would win threw money at the market, and it moved the needle. Whether those people are right or not is... well... unknowable at this stage.
If Trump is a Mets fan I’m definitely not voting for himNot sure what was worse torture for a Phillies fan - watching them or going to a Trump rally.
Thems fightin words and I have a snowball ready to throw at youOr a sheagles game.
His support is fluid so he’s probably vocally pulling for the Phillies to play to the PA voters and will say those Dems in NYC cheated and stole the series. If Trump is a Mets fan I’m definitely not voting for him
I am super confused about that ad... that is Kamala's voice on it (or it sounds a lot lot lot like her). Did she actually track an ad for an outside group like RVAT? I'm not an election law expert but I'm not entirely sure she is allowed to do that? They could use a speech or interview sound from some other appearance by her as the tacking audio for the commercial without any problem but it seems more scripted than that.
No inside information, but to my ears, the audio is cobbled together from a couple of different interviews/appearances and pieced together and post-processed to make a coherent singular statement. I'm pretty sure they are all Kamala, but I don't think she said those words in that order all in one place. It's a bit like Emma Watson's singing in Beauty and the Beast.I'm just really confused about what is behind this ad. The audio sounds a little bit off at times. I wonder if it might be AI generated.

Truly bizarre. I also personally think it's a bad ad, so if I were Kamala Harris' campaign, I wouldn't want my voice to be associated with it. It's too "conspiracy theory" type-ish that we see from the other side.No inside information, but to my ears, the audio is cobbled together from a couple of different interviews/appearances and pieced together and post-processed to make a coherent singular statement. ...and yet it's probably one of the most truthful ads out there.Truly bizarre. I also personally think it's a bad ad, so if I were Kamala Harris' campaign, I wouldn't want my voice to be associated with it. It's too "conspiracy theory" type-ish that we see from the other side.
The audio is cut and edited from the Howard Stern interview.I am super confused about that ad... that is Kamala's voice on it (or it sounds a lot lot lot like her). Note that there is no "I'm Kamala Harris and I approve this message" at the end of the ad. Not sure that she can do anything about outside groups, other than ask them to take it down if she agrees that it is a bad ad.I am super confused about that ad... that is Kamala's voice on it (or it sounds a lot lot lot like her).
