The NCAA has relaxed its rules on preseason exhibitions: https://www.ncaa.org/news/2025/1/15/media-center-preseason-exhibition-rules-eased-for-di-mens-basketball-teams.aspx Teams are still allowed 2 exhibitions, which can take the form of a closed scrimmage, a game for charity, or a game for profit, whether or not the opponent is Division I. The Recruiting Services Consensus Index (RSCI) combines the rankings of the three major services -- 247 Sports, ESPN, and the recently unified Rivals/On3 -- and puts out two lists of 100 men's basketball prospects: an initial ranking in the late summer/early fall, and a final ranking in the spring. On September 28, 2025, they released the Initial RSCI Top 100 for the 2026 high school graduating class, and I've been consolidating information on the commitment status of all 100 players, including their decisions, announcement dates, finalists, and offers.
