If I can make it to the evening of May 8, I'll be sailing smooth, but hoooboy, the next two and a half weeks are gonna be some serious business.

It was 32 degrees here in Winston-Salem this morning. Now it's almost 60 now and it's supposed to push 70. Quite the single day temperature variance.

Carpenter bees are such dumb, freaking bugs. Fat little buzzing blimps. They'll just buzz and hover right in front of you and the munching sound they make when they're boring holes in your wood is truly, truly aggravating.

Here's my most hated insect list:

1. Mosquitoes (obviously)
2. Bed Bugs (hmm, they might be 1)
3. Ticks
4. Chiggers
5. Carpenter Bees
Honorable Mention: Those stinky little house ants.

Checking off a new state. I've never been to Colorado. Headed to Denver for a conference. Also will be with my credit coworkers so that part will suck.

Yep, they take you back into the works of the "factory". There is a mint room that is air sealed from the rest. You can breathe through your eyes in there. Then you get to sample the teas. Then you have to pee a lot.
