If it's Sunday, it's breakfast taco morning. Tacos also become the go to for clearing certain leftovers, as a dedicated dinner meal, or a quick lunch.

Oatmeal or granola is most non-Sunday mornings.

How are the tortillas up that way?

This is why I live in Texas. Someone would have to pay me a lot more to live near weather like that.

I've been overwhelmed by streaming choices. What I really need now is someone to collect it all together in one bundle and give the content to me in one bundle. Is there a service like that?

Actually, because of the high concentration of mushroom farms in the area, if you hunt you can find some quality L.A food.

    Does coffee count?

Cold and rainy here. Pot of chili beans on the stove. For my Texas friends, chili is a hot dog topping and chili beans are a soup. This is not up for debate, and they must be labeled accordingly.

bundaberg is the native so I will defer to him. I'm a Cincinnati style fan, plus it greatly expands the universe of dishes I can use spaghetti with. But most of the time I use rice.

Not a fan of the Cincinnati style. Probably because I don't eat noodles. My favorite Texan (whose chili recipe I am making as we speak) derided my use of the term "chili beans". So I assume Bundaberg will as well.

If it weren't for coffee my entire life would spiral out of cotrol. Coffee is the ONLY reason I have not turned to a life of crime. Only reason.

Given the constant bombardment of my e-mail inbox, I suspect the Alumni Association isn't thrilled with their candidate pool for this year's awards.

I will recognize this and say that I have enjoyed Texas red and the other chili varieties in my travels across the state of Texas . Perhaps you feel that no one should eat chili with beans, And then you will have become just as intransigent about chili as I am about zone defense (it is defeatist and passive and should never be played unless you are up 30 and wish to stop the annihilation of your opponent OR as a changeup look on an out-of-bounds play) and Jay Bilas (best in the business). And Turkey (sucks).
