My first car was so slow no one ever knew I was racing everyone, all the time. 🤣

No joke, this is one of the best songs ever written:

As a guy who gets nervous playing music in front of a few dozen folks — can you imagine solo performing in front of a crowd this large? Staggering!

In my younger days, I was both annoyed by and enjoyed corrected young men who made wrong assumptions about my ability to operate a car with a manual transmission.

My first car was a '78 Datsun. I was putting tires and brakes on that thing monthly!

I have a theater friend who is not a good singer but loves to do karaoke. Short Skirt, Long Jacket is one of his go-to songs. (He doesn't sing it.)

And I'm going to apologize in advance for posting this and if I already know that I'm going to need to apologize, perhaps I shouldn't post it at all . . . nah.

Kinda hard to believe that video is 8 years old now. But then again, there was this ripoff, so . . .

I still miss my manual transmission. Couldn't get some of the features I wanted with a manual transmission.
