if my math is right, this thread averages roughly 4.36 posts a day over its life. The other thread averages roughly 19.95 posts per day over its life, but started nine and a quarter years later. At these rates, the other thread would not pass this thread for another 345 days, at somewhere around 18,615 posts. So I think this thread is safe.

    And you sure know gravy!

The next prime number posting opportunity is 17,021 -- followed quickly by 17,027, -29 and -33. Get 'em while you can.

Yup and yup. I know numbers, I just don't deal with them very well.

Next up is 17,137, then all the way to 17,159.

(BTW, just checked -- it turns out that OPK posted at 17,021.)

(BTBTW -- from now on OPK plans to refer to himself in the third person).

Third person vs the Royal "We". It is such a hard decision.

3 Floyds is on our list of stopping/watering place.
[redacted] them and the horses they rode in on.

"We" is so ambiguous. I like to narrow it down with "Both of us..."

(Just trying to pay some penance in this thread for multiple postings elsewhere today. I feel dirty in mind and body. Both of us are sorry).

Third person when addressing the serfs. Royal "we" when amongst one's loyal and devoted court subjects.

At least that's how they 'doeth it' in the Empire of the weezie.
Nothing incites bodily violence quicker than a Duke fan turning in your direction and saying 'scoreboard.'

Floyd Patterson? Floyd Lawson? (Anyone know who that is?) Gavin Floyd? (Too recent.)

    ricks

Surely, one of the Floyds must be Floyd the Barber...

    Nick, Simon and Mike.

    No mention of Pink.

    That would be here:

But, I'm not sure she has anything to do with Floyd.
