I am still a Braves fan but I absolutely despise their move to the suburbs. I completely understand how you feel. The Mets drove me away circa 1989ish because of terrible behavior. Jerry Jones drove me away from the Cowboys.

It is really strange. Basically every decision is 4-1 and they have a tendency to win every discussion based on sheer numbers. And I am left to say things like "ideological purity is dangerous" and "we have a tendency to hire people from a particular background". And ummmm...it's not that well received. I keep wondering if the CEO and sales manager are going to decide it is just easier to stifle me than to rein them in. Despite conversations where they agree with me.

Ugh, that stinks. My current employer is that way, less so now than in the past. I was hired into a group of 12, I was the lone external hire. I lost a lot of battles but am still here 9 years later.
