I'm not sure how much folks realize how rough things might get with Vlad on the rampage. When people bemoan higher gas prices, they are only seeing the tip of the iceberg. Vlad is on a toot, and no one can reign him in.

When hackers knock out a major U.S. power grid, they might take the situation more seriously.

As long as I still have internet access and can waste half my work day on DBR, I'm OK with this!

As an investor, what concerned you more, the onset of this invasion or Covid?

jeez, that's a tough one. I really think perhaps the invasion...Vlad answers to no one, and has been packing a huge grudge against perceived Russian irrelevance. He's angry and feels compelled to make a point.

I foolishly thought we'd have Covid under control once we had a vaccine, but obviously I failed to consider the entire politicization thing...so listening to me is probably not a fruitful idea.

Hmmmm. I have a hard time believing Vladimir could have the impact on global supply chains and monetary policy in the US that COVID has. Russia can and does mess with natural gas supplies and that certainly has an impact but not the same scope and scale. Unless he were to go nuclear…

As a long term stock investor, neither one really.

No, this is not a political thread, there’s no need for spreading B.S. We can all be sweet and honest like Yogi.

What did we just discuss about spreading B.S.?
All of us know the Tulip idea is not yours. The guy with the Tulip idea graduated from a very different institution than you.

Sorry. Did I say “tulip”? I meant “blockchain”.
