Why was Daniel Tosh wearing a Duke Lacrosse sweatshirt on one of his TV promos?

I was half nodding off, (didn't make it to Daily Show) and he was wearing the Duke shirt during last night's show. Don't watch it all the time, he seems to wear random college shirts a lot. He's pretty funny sometimes, but that boy does love getting naked... Definitely not a show for young Turks...

Powned is an actual word and not just something my 14 year old and his friends say? I thought it was local. Do we know where it comes from?

    This should explain it:

Sorry we missed your show on Saturday. Got tix for the Bellarmine exhibition game that day and couldn't refuse them.

I cannot believe that Thanksgiving is a week from today. Wow!

I think we should have a food swap. Accordingly, I have mailed many of you an envelope full of my famous mashed potatoes. Hope you enjoy!

Dang, DinK is just too quick for me. I'll send my wife's 2nd famous dish, congealed cranberry salad instead.

Who wants to send me some pumpkin pie? I'll be set.

I don't care for pumpkin pie, but how about some candied yams with a crunchy pecan top and marshmallows?

Pumpkin pie might not be such a good idea. How about some pumpkin beer?

That interferes with my traditional Thanksgiving Weekend ritual:

    1. Tequilla shots.

    2. Gun shots.

    3. Tetnus shots.

I can't leave you a comment right now, OPK, so I'll make my once-a-year contribution to this thread just to let you know that this is the funniest post I've read on DBR in quite a while. Thanks for the laugh.

Glad to hear it, and just for that you've got TWO envelopes of mashed potatoes coming your way.

I'm not sharing DinK's gravy, though -- you need to take that up with her directly.

If you want to go with Mrs. DD's gravy, I can handle the pies. The usual Thanksgiving offerings are pumpkin, boubon pecan, cranberry apple streusel, and either French silk or Reese's Mousse Pie. Your choice.

I'll choose one of each. But OPK can have his choice first if he so desires. I am happy with sloppy seconds/leftovers.
