Jesus. Don't do that. You'll drive him away.

I feel like someone needs to give (one of) the coaches speeches from Running Brave.

    Good morning!

Tara and Johnny would not like me, I dress in baggy sweatshirts, leggings, and hiking boots. I would not be allowed anywhere near them.

My attire is "fashion conscious late 40s dad". But the last 3 words are doing most of the work in that phrase. Thwy woukd make fun of my clothes. I would just enjoy it.

Good work in the Olympics thread. I am very much just hoping to inconvenience him since he took the time to post that he wasn't watching. Trying to get him to at least look at the medal table.

I have a novel way of dealing with the threads I'm not interested in. I don't post in those threads. I have been accused of not understanding how this whole interwebs thing works and perhaps this is part and parcel of that. I have a much earthier way of expressing this but this is a family platform

Yup. That exact word gets bandied about with great frequency around these parts at this time of year.

Both parents, brother and sister in law, aunt, uncles, cousins. All teachers. It's the family business. Fairly certain my parents don't tell their friends about me since I shamed the family by choosing healthcare. Well. That and I suck.

I much prefer the summer doldrums. But then I much prefer the heat to the cold. (And yes, I do complain about the heat.)
