Sorry! PPB = Public Policy Board. DBR used to have a Public Policy Board, in addition to the King, Off-Topic, and Ticket Exchange boards. We found that it was nearly impossible to keep posts within the guidelines of civility we try to maintain here, so we were forced to shut it down some time ago.

Yes, I don't suffer headaches lightly. I've taken meds... most recently this morning before class, so it seems to have subsided a bit. I think allergy season is beginning in SoCal.
