I'm in pretty good shape actually. I didn't struggle it all with that old man test. I started playing basketball again last week and I shot like crap but I played pretty well otherwise. I still do my five hundred push-ups a day and get in my 20,000 steps. I took about four weeks off and what I figured out was I can't take any weeks off.

Having to stand at the toilet/urinal for an extra 30 seconds after you feel like you have finished is one of the super weird things about getting older.

Also, just to demonstrate how shallow and petty I am, the reason I put in that many steps is my company started a Fitbit challenge. The first month a lady in the office won and she sent me a very nice message saying how proud she was of me that I finished second to her. I've not lost a single month since. That was 4 years ago. I do recognize and lament that I'm not that great a person.
