I haven't seen CameronDuke lately, after s/he called someone a "retard" in the UVA post game thread. That thread was among the worst I've seen in all my years on DBR.

Used to be people would go on the loss threads and commiserate and try to find silver linings or talk about improving. Whenever I was bummed about a loss I would go on and it would make me feel better. No longer the case. This one was name calling, negativity, and personal attacks. There were a few one spork posters who I suspect were trolls trying to spur on negativity (and doing a good job of it).

Ignoring doesn't work as well as I wished. It makes any thread involving the ignoree into a hot mess. If you are ignoring a flash in the pan user like the one who popped up today - no harm. If it's a regular contributor, not so much.
