No, they did not. My guinea pigs do not go outside! (Fear of hawks. MY fear of hawks.) The have been quarantined since we bought them. Actually, I found out the boys took them outside once when I wasn't here. I was not happy.

The actual truth to the story is that I took them all at once and got pizza for them to eat in a local park while they went in one at a time. I didn't think it was quite fair to ask them all to wait for me so I came back at a different time.

I can say "I love you" in: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Icelandic, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, Portuguese, Hungarian, Slovenian, Slovakian, Polish, Czech, Russian, Lithuanian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Toisonese (sic), Japanese, Tagalog, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Bengali, Nepalese, Tamil, Swahili, Amharic, Walof, Twi, Turkish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Latin, Guchrati(sic), Albanian, Arabic, Hebrew, Finnish, Farsi, Creole, Pashtoo, and American Sign Language. I know a few more ways to say it but I can't remember which languages they are! I brag that I can say it in 50 different languages, give or take. My pronunciation sometimes need a refresher. I once made a New York City cab driver cry by being able to say "I love you" in Bengali. That incident made me realize exactly why I have this hobby.

Saw a show on PBS last night through the Independent Lens series, "Pipe Dreams" and it was superb.
Can't recommend it highly enough. Gripping and thrilling.
Nothing incites bodily violence quicker than a Duke fan turning in your direction and saying 'scoreboard.'

I was hooked on Hoop Dreams a few decades ago.

Believe it or not, Pipe Dreams is about ten times better than Hoop Dreams and has a much happier, positive and uplifting ending.
    Genius level stuff.

Makes me think of one of my favorite songs -- Spanish Pipedream by John Prine. Cannot link a video right now, but the lyrics are SO John Prine:

She was a level-headed dancer on the road to alcohol
And I was just a soldier on my way to Montreal
Well, she pressed her chest against me
About the time the jukebox broke
Yeah, she gave me a peck on the back of the neck
And these are the words she spoke

Blow up your TV, throw away your paper
Go to the country, build you a home
Plant a little garden, eat a lot of peaches
Try and find Jesus on your own

Well, I sat there at the table and I acted real naive
For I knew that topless lady had something up her sleeve
Well, she danced around the bar room and she did the hoochy-coo
Yeah, she sang her song all night long, tellin' me what to do

Blow up your TV, throw away your paper
Go to the country, build you a home
Plant a little garden, eat a lot of peaches
Try and find Jesus on your own

Well, I was young and hungry and about to leave that place
When just as I was leavin', well she looked me in the face
I said "you must know the answer"
She said, "no, but I'll give it a try"
And to this very day we've been livin' our way
And here is the reason why

We blew up our TV, threw away our paper
Went to the country, built us a home
Had a lot of children, fed 'em on peaches
They all found Jesus on their own

Ours has increased significantly over the last couple of years. I spend more time on that stuff than doing what used to be my old job.

So is putting on clothes every morning. But let you show up to court just one time without, and damn I've never heard the end of it.
