You’ll have to pick only one of Fury and Long as they are each worth 2 points not 1.

My buyer’s remorse has gotten to me. I would like to change my picks to the following:

    DJ (6)
    Koepka (6)
    Cantlay (5)
    Morikawa (5)
    Woods (4)
    Finau (4)

I watched too much “Live from...” on golf channel this week and almost talked myself into a change after hearing about Tiger changing putters, his back in the cold weather, Brooks adjusting his posture with his putting coach, the weather Friday potentially impacting the early/late group, and about a billion other things. In the end was I too lazy to change so will just roll with what I have.

Last year Tiger was a 2 point pick up and a no-brainer. This time around, I couldn't spend 4 on him. I picked up Brooks at 6 in hopes he wins, Bryson at 6 because I love what he's doing right now and then when quantity with the rest of my picks.

Yeah, Woods is definitely the pick I'm least confident in. But I think he still is undervalued at 4. But it's much closer to accurate than it was when he was rated at 2 or 3. The challenge with Woods is that he is just highly unreliable. He could finish top-6 (as he has done in 3 of the last 6 majors), or he could miss the cut entirely (which he has done in 3 of the last 7). A top-6 would be phenomenal value at a cost of 4 points, but missing the cut would be a big cost at 4 points. Just a lot of risk.

The big change for me was to bring DJ back into the team. I dropped him when I had a 29-point team. But decided to switch gears and get him back. And then I went with Finau instead of Hovland to get to 30. We'll see how it works out.

Finau folds like cheap chair on Sundays...now that I publicly stated that he will probably win.

I’m not a good gambler because I pick a lot of guys I like and root hard for them but this is all for fun so no harm.

But he usually plays great golf Thurs, Friday, and Saturday, often leading to decent earnings though he doesn't win outright. So while I would not bet on him to win, I would bet on him to produce. I went back and forth with him and Berger, but ultimately went with Berger as he's been really hot lately other than the MC at the Memorial (T2, MC, T3, Win, T4, T5, T9). Until I just jinxed him at least.

Finau gave me solid returns last year, so I’m keeping him on my team until he stops producing on Th-Sat. And one of these days maybe he will put it together on Sunday. I am certainly hoping so, but that tournament a few weeks ago was a step in the wrong direction for sure.
