    Ditto (to my previous post).

But, I guess I'm going to have to be just a bit more elitist to get out of that 1%.

I've been perfecting my lamb recipes for the last few years. I like it more and more. I'd have it weekly if it was readily available and affordable.
Costco and Sam's have it year round. Publix, Kroger, Lowes Food and Food Lion are hit and miss for ground lamb (for shepherd's pie or burgers). With Easter around the corner they should be carrying chops, racks and a few legs. That also means it will be on sale shortly after Easter. Given the increased cost of chicken the price of lamb is not too much more. Inflation didn't hit it as much as the other meats.

Most commercially available ground lamb is too fatty which is why we buy the excellent Costco boneless legs and then trim the fat and grind it ourselves. Perfect for all kinds of recipes

I have been thinking about the elitist versus non-elitist tag. I'm definitely a meat elitist. I do respect Budwom though. The rest of you are too turkey inclusive. It is a blot on your meat eating credentials.

And zone defense is defeatist. It should only be employed as a defensive change-up or if you are up 30 and are trying not to embarrass the other team.
